NTG Clarity was established in 1992 as NTG International in Toronto, Canada — making us a 33-year-old digital transformation leader. We evolved from a technology training company to a comprehensive digital solutions provider now serving enterprises across multiple continents with 1,600+ professionals.
Our headquarters are in Toronto, Canada. We have major regional offices in Riyadh and Al-Khobar (Saudi Arabia, with 21 years of local presence), Cairo Egypt (home of our Global Development Center of Excellence — GDCE), and additional presence in Kuwait, Oman, UAE, Qatar, and the USA.
We serve 200+ enterprise clients across 10+ international markets. Our global team of 1,600+ professionals includes software engineers, data scientists, QA engineers, consultants, and business analysts — all dedicated to delivering world-class digital transformation outcomes.
Our three core service areas are: Digital Transformation (strategy through implementation), Global Development Center of Excellence/GDCE (offshore, nearshore, and inshore development teams), and Strategic Consultation (data-driven advisory and implementation roadmaps). NTGapps is NTG Clarity's proprietary low-code platform launched in 2019. It enables organizations to build and deploy enterprise applications 70% faster than traditional development. The platform powers several of our products including Telecom in a Box, NTS Trouble Ticket, and Workflow Management, and can be licensed by clients to build their own applications.
We have deep, proven expertise across Telecommunications, Utilities & Energy, Banking & Financial Services, and Government sectors. Our 33 years of experience includes 200+ completed projects, with particularly strong track records in the Middle East telecom market and multi-geography enterprise transformations.
We offer flexible SLA-driven support coverage from 8x5 (business hours) up to 24x7x365 for mission-critical systems. Our tiered model includes L1 support for initial troubleshooting and ticket management, and L2 for advanced system analysis — particularly for NTGapps-powered deployments. All support documentation is provided in bilingual Arabic/English.
Security and compliance are built into every engagement. We follow ISO 27001 standards, implement end-to-end encryption, and maintain compliance with regional regulations including SAMA, NCA, NDMO, and PDPL. Our QA practice (TaaS) ensures every deployment is rigorously tested before go-live.
We offer three primary engagement models through our GDCE: Dedicated Team (a full squad under your governance for long-term roadmaps), Staff Augmentation (individual experts integrated directly into your team), and Project-Based (fixed-scope delivery with full NTG Clarity ownership). NTG Academy is our Centre of Excellence for applied technology education, designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. We offer certification programs in Full Stack Development, AI & ML, DevOps, QA, and NTGapps development — all aligned to real industry needs with hands-on projects.
The Train to Hire program is NTG Academy's flagship talent pipeline initiative. Graduates master the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across tracks including Full Stack, QA, DevOps, and AI — and are then placed directly into NTG Clarity projects or client organizations. It's a proven path from learning to employment.
NTG Academy has partnered with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to offer a dual-education model: students receive a government-recognized diploma alongside NTG-certified applied technology training. This program bridges the education system and industry, creating work-ready graduates who contribute immediately.
